We're excited to announce a new option available from the IP restrictions manager! This feature is located under the 'Settings' menu and the 'IP Restrictions' sub-menu item. "Allow but auto-delete tracking hourly" is the new option and this can be leveraged for testing purposes.

The user experience will not be restricted in any way when previewing or navigating through a live creative, meaning advanced rules and exports will trigger. However, on an hourly basis, LiveBall will delete respondent data associated with the IP addresses managed under this setting. This allows you to view live work without having the activity in your reporting data for more than an hour.

It's important to note, the first time LiveBall deletes respondents associated with an IP address managed under this setting, ALL respondent data from this IP address will be deleted. This can impact existing reports and metrics.
