When a form is added to a LiveBall page, you'll have the opportunity to specify where the data is exported based on the data exports you setup in your LiveBall console, including a web form post. Different forms in a path may be exported to different form post URLs if you'd like, but each form will only have one URL which is consistent across all sessions.
