By popular demand, a new Aprimo-friendly "Formatted email" export type has been added to LiveBall!  Similar to the 'notify via email' advanced rule, this export works by sending an email message to a specified address for each exported respondent — but with lots of custom possibilities. Formatted email exports can be configured to specify:

• Email address exported records should be sent to
• 'From' email address messages should use (default: noreply@postclickmarketing.com)
• Email subject line (includes support for dynamic variables)

 
Each line in the email represents a data collection field that has been added to the export format. The way in which these data name/value pairs are written in the email is also configurable in several ways:

• Whether name/value pairs are encapsulated by certain characters, e.g., []
• What character is used to separate name/value pairs (default is :)
• Whether there are spaces between the name/value pairs and their separator
• Whether name and/or values are contained in quotes ("")
• The name that should be used for the data value (set for each field)

For instance, a sample formatted email export that uses these settings might look like this:
