Its easy to create a new manager account. Upon login creation, an email notification will automatically be sent to the new user.
Edit manager information by clicking on the pencil icon.
You must be logged into LiveBall under your own account.
To change another administrator’s password, navigate to Settings > Manager Accounts, click the pencil icon next to the administrator’s account you want to change.
How Can I Restrict Access to LiveBall Users?
LiveBall allows the restriction of users. Superusers can add/edit LiveBall managers and specify more granular control of areas within the console that managers have access to. There are now three ways in which a LiveBall manager can be granted access; managers can be:
Only a manager with the "Portfolios: All Access" feature -- or the superuser flag -- will be able to (a) see the "Dashboard" and (b) create a new portfolio.
When a manager logs in who doesn't have "Portfolios: All Access" and isn't a superuser, one of three things will happen:
If a manager has the "Portfolios: All Access" feature but is not a superuser, the "Capacity" gauge on the dashboard will not be clickable.
Everything under the "Settings" menu is ONLY available to superusers -- with the exception of "Change Password", which is available to everyone.
If a manager is not a superuser, then access to individual pages in the console is determined by the feature keys and portfolios selected on the Add/Edit Manager page.
Only Libraries and Integration menu options that were checked will be visible. If no Libraries options are checked, then the Libraries option is not displayed. If a manager attempts to use bookmarked (or favorite) links to view or access pages with features or portfolios that they do not have access to, they'll be redirected back to the Portfolios page.
