Save a "hidden" data field/value in a form

  1. Create a "Hidden Fields" category in the Data Collection section of LiveBall 
  2. Create a data field 
  3. Once the hidden field category and field have been set up, you can save information into the database without including it on the form 
  4. Edit the form via the form editor 
  5. Add (+) "Advanced Rules" 
  6. Set up an advanced rule to:  'no conditions required' > save into database > "field name"> "save as"
