When you login to LiveBall, you’ll land on the dashboard — a snapshot view of activity and performance stats.

At the top, you’ll see the 3 most recently added or edited portfolios, campaigns and paths. Just click the magnifying glass at the left to quickly navigate to that item in the console.

Capacity shows the total number of respondents currently stored in LiveBall. If this number happens to be over the maximum capacity, you’ll have the option to delete past data to stay under the capacity limit or request more storage space—just ask your Account Manager at ion.

Respondent Funnel shows you the total percentage of respondents (currently stored in LiveBall) who’ve segmented and converted in all of your paths. You’ll also see the percentage of respondents who’ve segmented and converted based on traffic in the last 30 days.

The ever-popular bubble chart at the bottom shows you the top 10 campaigns in the last 14 days. The larger the bubble, the more traffic it’s received, and the best performing campaigns will be closest to the top right corner. To view more performance details from any of these campaigns, just click on the bubble or in the key at the right.

To dive deeper into all of your portfolios, campaigns and paths, click on ‘Portfolios’ in the LiveBall navigation at the top of the screen.
