When adding or editing an export format, LiveBall supports Custom Fields. In addition to exporting data collected on the LiveBall form, hidden fields and core fields you can also include a custom field. Custom Fields are similar to core fields in that you do not need to create a data field for them.

So far, we have released one Custom Field called "FirstContact_EpochTime". This field exports the respondents' initial contact time with your LiveBall page down to milliseconds. To include this fields in your export format, add a new field. Do not select a data field or core field, instead enter "FirstContact_EpochTime" in the Custom Fields space.
