Once you set up the export format, it's time to create the export. Select 'Data Exports' from the 'Integration' main navigation menu, then click the green '+ export' button in the bottom section of the page:

  1. Enter a unique label and optional description for the export
  2. Choose the export scope for the data you'd like to include (all respondents, converted respondents, or internally converted respondents)
  3. Choose the export format for this export—depending on the export type that was selected (delimited file, post to web form, vCard format, or lead in Salesforce.com), there is additional information you may need to provide for the export:
    • For delimited file export format default settings are appropriate in most cases, or you may choose to modify the settings including an option to FTP the data export file.
    • For post to web form simply indicate the form URL.
    • For Salesforce.com you'll need to indicate your Salesforce account name and password.

Schedule the export

To setup a batched export on a specific day/time, click on the calendar icon to the left of the export. Check the box next to the day(s) and time(s) you want to export the data...and don't forget to click Save!

Email the export

You may also wish to email a file of the scheduled export to yourself or other team members—just click on the envelope icon to the left of the export. Then click the green '+ export email' button to begin adding recipients.
