LiveBall, our post-click marketing platform, was designed by marketers, for marketers. Each piece of the platform has a purpose, and the purpose is to make your life easier — and your post-click marketing better.

The polished and elegant interface of LiveBall was designed to use a handful of simple actions to drive very complex processes, with the development & design team working hard to make LiveBall easy to use for non-technical people. It behaves more like a desktop application than a SaaS, and runs in any standard browser. No matter what browser you use — IE, Firefox, Safari — LiveBall will behave the same.

Behind the scenes, LiveBall is extraordinarily complex. It has millions of lines of code, but is driven by familiar nomenclature. On the front, things are simplified for users with just a few key icons that appear everywhere throughout the console with 3 colors that drive everything.

  1. Green means add.
  2. Dark orange is for edit & zoom.
  3. And blue represents actions — not when you create something, but when LiveBall does the work for you.

Simplified Testing
The development team made sure to make testing landing experiences as simple as possible. To test, all you have to do is check of boxes. Unlike other platforms, testing in LiveBall is united with content creation.

LiveBall also can give you as little or as much control of you desire. By default, LiveBall will make it's best "guess" as to what decision you would want to make, but you can also take control. If you are managing thousands of landing experiences, you probably don't want to manually optimize your testing and want weighting to be standard, but you can take control of things like testing percentages if you'd like.

Actionable Analytics
The main dashboard of LiveBall — the screen that you see upon logging in — has three axis of data: i) conversion rates ii) segmentation rates and iii) the traffic of the top 10 campaigns in the past 14 days.

The beauty of LiveBall's analytics is that they are actionable! You can click on bubble charts, and go directly to the campaign in which those landing experiences live and immediately make edits and changes based on results. It's important not to separate live, creative landing experiences and analytics, and LiveBall's management and performance tabs let you switch context wherever you are. You can look at the design and creative of a landing experience, and immediately see how it's performing.

Asset Management
LiveBall's asset management organizes all of your images, forms, and other files in one place. If you update a graphic in asset management, it will be updated it everywhere it's used, so you only have to update once. All libraries in LiveBall are visual, so you can preview your image, PDF, or Flash file right then and there.

Proof, Preview & Simulation
LiveBall's proof button lets you check the content and rules of your landing experiences without preview & interacting with pages. It lets you check everything in an audit trail so you can make sure your pages and paths are set up the way you want them. Without proof, you have to go and interact with path. But sometimes you want to interact with a path, and that's where the preview feature comes into play.

The path preview feature has simulation capabilities, so you can simulate just about any circumstance to see how your landing experience will behave with previous behaviors and query strings. You can simulate things like being a visitor from a different country, an iPhone user, or a user without a Flash enabled browser.

LiveBall is a user-centered UI & ion has a 14 year award-winning history of user interfaces. LiveBall's efficient interface makes it incredibly easy, effective, and fun for me, a non-technical online marketing manager, to create and deploy advanced landing experiences with the help of our creative team.
