You can view real-time respondent data in LiveBall's many powerful performance gauges — just click on the performance tab at the portfolio, campaign, traffic source, path or page level.

Reports

Another convenient option is to create and schedule custom reports in LiveBall. There are 3 formats available:

• Summary: a handy PDF format that shows a compilation of key performance gauges and charts from your LiveBall console.
• Source & Path Drilldown: formatted for Excel lovers like me, this report includes multiple tabs to see respondent, segmentation and conversion data by traffic sources and path, starting with a summary tab. Plus an extra perk—you can view stats by specific one or more specific tags or data fields.
• Suspicious Clicks: also formatted for Excel, this report identifies clicks from web crawlers or bots that may warrant further investigation.

Raw Respondent Data

Hungry for more? Sink your teeth into raw data for insight into individual respondent geolocation, behavior and more—whether they converted or not. You can export respondent data for a specific campaign or globally.
