Can I Create an Immediate Export of Respondent Data?

Yes, CSV files (formatted for Excel) are available for immediate download at the campaign level.

  1. Click on the ‘Export Respondents’ link in Campaign Resources.
  2. You may choose to include only converted respondents.
  3. Enter start and end dates for the export.
  4. Click the ‘Export’ button to download the file.

Can I Export Respondents Individually?

Yes. An individual export of respondent data is set up in ‘advanced rules.’ This is most applicable when creating a post to web form.

How Do I Remove Someone From the Export List?

  1. Once logged into your console, navigate to Integration -> Data Exports.
  2. Under your exports, click on the envelope to the left of the export you’d like to modify.
  3. Delete the contact you wish to remove by clicking on the garbage icon associated to their name.

Are Repeat Visitors Logged in the Raw Data for Scheduled or Manual Exports?

By default, if a repeat visitor goes to the same path and traffic source, their data will not get logged and re-exported. This filter is intended to help avoid duplicate leads in your records; however, if you'd like to receive the data each time, you'll just need to add an advanced rule in the path:

  • CONDITION: Converted previously in any campaign
  • ACTION: Mark to be re-exported

Can a Form Be Used to Segment Respondents?

Yes! Based on how a respondent answers a question on your form, you can send them to an interior page geared specifically for their needs. Create radio buttons, a drop down menu or a checklist for your respondents to chose from. Set up an advanced rule for each option on the form:

If respondent data equals- abc ->Send to next page-xyz
