You can designate any action a user takes on any LiveBall page as a “conversion”, such as completing a form. But, you might have a campaign where the conversion must happens outside of LiveBall, such as an ecommerce transaction or financial form. No problem! When you have an external conversion, it’s still a good idea to track in LiveBall, so you know which paths and traffic sources are driving your conversions.

Yes, there is javascript you can grab right from your LiveBall console to track your external conversions. Log into LiveBall under the generic address provided when your console was launched. Under the Integration tab, click on External Sites. Copy the snippet of javascript found here and implement it on your external confirmation/thank you page(s).

Make sure your page titles (page editor->page title) are accurate and descriptive.
You can assign a tag to respondents that visit your landing experience via a link published in a FaceBook Connect comment. You can use advanced rules to assign the tag. The rule would be structured as follows:
Condition: Referrer URL - contains - Facebook
Action: Assign Tag - "Facebook Connect"
