When Attempting to Add an Image to My Library, I Am Getting an "Unacceptable File Name" Error Message. Why?

When saving images try to avoid using file names with hyphens, spaces, etc. LiveBall will only accept file names with alpha or numeric characters.

Why Aren't My Images Showing Up in the List Box?

Certain image areas in LiveBall have specific size requirements. LiveBall will only show images in the list box that match that criteria.

To resolve this, you need to add images that meet that minimum size requirement (in both dimensions).

Can I Move an Image (or Flash or Fulfillment file) to a Different Category?

Certain image areas in LiveBall have specific size requirements. LiveBall will only show images in the list box that match that criteria.

To resolve this, you need to add images that meet that minimum size requirement (in both dimensions).

How Much of the Page Content is Static, How Much is Dynamic?

All parts of a page created in LiveBall are dynamic. Content “lives” on the pages in fixed positions, but can be dynamically substituted based on certain rules.

Can I Swap My Content Into a Different Template?

In the LaunchPad framework you have the ability swap templates, and bring your content with you. Click on the Layout button in your Page Editor bar. Select the template you'd like replace your current one with. LiveBall will ask you to confirm your selection. After doing so, your content will be moved to your new template selection.

Does LiveBall Support Localization of Landing Experiences?
