This video shows you easy-to-follow instructions for pulling an export of respondent data from LiveBall in .csv file format. This export will include all “raw” data including core field data and form data.

 LiveBall enables you to pull data exports globally, which will include all respondent data for the date range you select, or drill-down a bit further and pull respondent data for a specific campaign. In both instances, a raw export of your LiveBall data can assist when troubleshooting an issue or digging deeper into your respondent’s behavior within your LiveBall experiences.
