Today's LiveBall release is an iterative extension of some incremental changes we made earlier in the month. It marks another step in LiveBall's progress. We've learned a lot from our loyal customers over LiveBall's first three years. Combined, these updates refine the campaign management LiveBall user experience and provide additional, contextual data where and when it's most needed.

Summary of July 2010 User Experience Enhancements

  • Relabeled 'paths' to 'creative' to more accurately reflect the scope of campaign landing experiences being produced by our highly creative customers.
  • NEW more readable, simplified portfolios and campaigns list views now include performance snapshots, contextual help [?], and column sorting.
  • NEW campaign management screen tabbed interface for faster movement between creative and traffic sources, less scrolling and snappier responsiveness. Combined with the new column sorting on performance data, campaign management is now faster, easier and more context sensitive.
  • Refined informational campaign breadcrumbs to make it more intuitive to move around within portfolios, campaigns, creatives and traffic sources.
  • NEW LiveBall Landing Page Software Info Icon hover info icons. Click on a hover icon and get highly valuable contextual information and performance data within a light box. Page through light box data to scroll through without closing and reopening.
  • Refined 30-day snapshot data integrated throughout portfolios and campaigns.
  • And many subtle, miscellaneous user interface improvements.

Look forward to continuing enhancements and refinements of LiveBall's user experience. As always, we welcome your feedback and input, and we really hope you're more productive and even more results-focused as a result of today's release.
