Welcome to LiveBall's all new support resources and help desk application. Available from within your LiveBall console, as well as from http://www.ioninteractive.com, you can use this tool to find training videos, how-to articles, best practices and answers to your questions. You can also submit support requests to get answers to your specific questions.

Whenever you submit a support request — either by using this site or by sending an email to help@ioninteractive.com — your support ticket will be immediately and automatically created. And, most importantly, a small army of ion support people will be notified. Whenever the status of your ticket is updated, you will be notified via email. We hope this makes it easier for you to communicate with us and track your open requests.

This is just the beginning for support.LiveBall.com. In the coming months, we'll be continually improving the content of the site and refining the process of accommodating your requests in a timely and efficient manner. It's our goal to make your LiveBall support experience second to none.
