You have the option to use a link to the creative in preview mode for testing. From the creative management screen, you can click the blue 'preview' button then copy the address in your browser window when on the blue 'advanced respondent simulation' screen.
If you distribute a preview link, those who need to approve the creative will be able to navigate through just as a real respondent would but they will not be tracked as a respondent or conversion. They will be asked to log into LiveBall, however. You could set up a special account under Settings > Manage Accounts that restricts their access as to what they can view.
For live testing, we recommend copying the creative you need to distribute into a Testing/Sandbox portfolio and campaign. You can set up a traffic source in this testing environment and distribute this URL to those who need to review.
Those who need to review will still be tracked as respondents and conversions yet the results will be tracked back to the Testing/Sandbox portfolio. This prevents your real results from being skewed.
You do have the option to delete respondents from your console by IP address under Settings > Manage Capacity. This feature should really be used if you discover click fraud, however. We recommend exercising extreme caution utilizing this feature because once respondents are deleted from the console they can not be recovered.

Thanks! deleting at the campaign level makes much mores sense to me.
Hi Mark,
You do have the ability to delete respondents from a campaign. If you navigate to your "campaign mangement screen", you'll find an area titled "Campaign Resources" towards the top, right. There's an option to delete respondents here. Please note, when you delete respondents by campaign, you can not specify a date range. Instead, all respondents will be deleted from the campaign.
Also, under Settings > Manage Capacity, you have the ability to delete respondents that have been managed in your console before a specific month/year.
We have found the easiest way to prevent test data from skewing your metrics is leveraging the IP Restriction feature under Settings > Manage IP Restrictions or by working in a sandbox portfolio, as described above.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Thank you for your feedback!
I don't think this is a very good solution. I would prefer to have the ability to delete the respondents from a campaign. Putting things into a sandbox, then transferring it to a live campaign is a very cumbersome process.
Excellent! This is very helpful, and the sandbox portfolio and campaign method, (or staging, as we call it), is a practice we use frequently. Keeping staging and live traffic sources and creatives in sync, however, is always a challenge.
Being able to delete respondents by IP address is a great feature. Thanks, Faith!
