You can track conversions that take place outside of LiveBall using external tracking script. 'Convert', 'Tag' and 'Tag & Convert' script is available in your LiveBall console under Integration > External Sites.

• Convert script is placed on your 'thank you' or confirmation page to mark a conversion
• Tag script is used to label major milestones that take place in your conversion funnel
• Tag & Convert script simultaneously tags an action and marks a conversion

The JavaScript library is very small. At 13kb, load time is not an issue with using it. The functions in the Library use data in the cookie to uniquely identify the current respondent and convert or tag them in LiveBall. This type of external conversion can be done when the LiveBall page and the external page are both within scope of the 1st-party cookie, i.e. in the same domain.

When external conversions need to take place outside of the domain of the LiveBall page, we have a solution for that based on 3rd party cookies.
