LiveBall core fields are data fields that are automatically captured by LiveBall for each unique respondent (unique visitor). This data is used for reporting, and you can include any of this data in your data exports. For more information about each LiveBall core field available to you please see below.
RespondentID: A unique ID that LiveBall assigns to each respondent.
CampaignID: A unique ID number given to each of your campaigns (a campaign in LiveBall refers to a collection of creatives).
PathID: A unique ID number given to each of your creatives (a creative in LiveBall refers to any type of landing experience ex. Landing page, conversion path and a Microsite).
SourceID: A unique ID number given to each of your Traffic Sources.
FirstContact: The date and time stamp of the first time the respondent visited your creative. This time stamp is always in Central Time.
LastContact: The date and time stamp of the last time the respondent visited your creative.
UserID: A unique ID number that LiveBall assigns to each user. Please note, if a user visits multiple LiveBall creatives they will have multiple respondent IDs but will have only one User ID.
NUserResponses: The total number of times a respondent has visited any LiveBall creative managed in your console.
NVisits: The number of times a respondent has visited a creative using the same traffic source. Please note that there must be a 20 minute gap between visits.
NActions: The number of tag actions that a respondent has taken within a LiveBall creative.
MediaName: The media category you have selected when building out your traffic source. Ex. Search Engine or Email.
VehicleName: The media sub category you have selected when building out your traffic source. Ex. Google or Yahoo!.
TrafficSourceLabel: The URL that directed the respondent to your creative.
TrafficSourceDesc: The optional description you can add to your traffic source.
PathLabel: The title of your creative.
Grade: The ultimate grade associated with a respondent based on advanced rules set up to grade the respondent's behavior. Please note, respondent grading allows you to “rate” respondents based on the decisions they make as they move through your conversion path.
Converted: If your creative is tracking a conversion (such as filling out a form or making a purchase in your shopping cart), this field will be populated with Y if the respondent converted, and N if they did not convert. LiveBall tracks the core data for each unique respondent whether or not they converted.
GeoCountry: The respondent's country with 99% accuracy.
GeoRegion: The respondent's region with 75% accuracy.
GeoCity: The respondent's city with 70% accuracy.
GeoPostalCode: The respondent's postal code with 60% accuracy.
GeoDomainName: The respondent's domain name with 75% accuracy.
IPAddress: The respondent's IP address.
Referrer: The URL that referred the respondent to your creative.
UserKey: A unique code generated by LiveBall. Not commonly used for exports.
ConvertedDate: The date and time stamp of the respondent's conversion.
UserAgent: The browser being used by a given respondent.
Tags: A list of all tagged actions taken by the respondent.
FirstPrimaryTag: The first tagged action the respondent took.
SecondPrimaryTag: The second tagged action the respondent took.
